What we offer:

Appointment procedure

  • The Supervisory Board (RvC) adopts this profile (Art. 17.2) and, after recruitment and selection, nominates a candidate to the General Meeting.
  • The General Meeting appoints the supervisory board member (Art. 17.3 final sentence / Art. 17.1).
  • The compensation is determined by the General Meeting on the recommendation of the Supervisory Board (RvC) (Art. 17.9).

This seat does not concern an appointment based on a binding nomination by the client council; that nomination route (Art. 17.3) is linked to the seat of Supervisory Board Member A, which is filled by a current member.
