Need immediate help in a crisis

Is there an (acute) danger to yourself or others?
Then contact the following immediately:

- Number 113 or 0800-0113 suicide prevention (free of charge and available 24/7)
- Your GP
- Emergency Department
After office hours:
Are you having suicidal thoughts? Are you in a crisis situation and is there (acute) danger to yourself or others?

How do
I get there?
If you are coming by car, please take the blue route to Vader Rijndreef. The nearest ‘free’ parking spot is located there.
Are you coming by public transport? Then take bus 3 from Utrecht Central Station and get off at Willem Dreeslaan bus stop, see the red route.
