Treatment in mental health care

You can refer the patient to us in several ways:

1. Register the patient by completing the contact form as fully as possible and attach the pre-completed referral letter.
2. You can also send us the referral letter via ZorgDomein.

Would you like to be helped quickly? Complete the contact form and call us at (030) 269 00 50 to schedule your first contact moment. Please do take the waiting times into account. When there is a ‘STOP’ for new patients, we no longer accept referral letters. GGZ voor elkaar does this with attention to the treatment quality of current patients. We advise you to keep an eye on the waiting times for further changes.
